Founded in 1988 by Henry Gist Jr., the company began as a family-operated trucking business serving local commercial and retail operations. From the start, the focus was simple: show up, handle the work properly, and stand behind every job. Those values continue to guide how we operate today.

​Over the years, the company has expanded to support supermarket liquidation, equipment transport, and warehousing of commercial refrigeration, restaurant, and grocery equipment. Operating from our Paterson, New Jersey, facility, we work hands-on with foodservice and retail businesses during equipment transitions, cleanouts, and relocations. Every project is approached with experience, care, and the same work ethic that built the company from the ground up.
